Colorado Prodigy Contest Rules

If you make it to the top 10 you must be able to prove at that: You have a birth certificate dated  before October 23, 1992 You are a legal permanent Colorado citizen Top 10 finalists will be announced October 8 at 3 PM you and your guardian must be available October 9 between 3 PM and 7 PM to submit the registration and have pictures taken

You MUST be able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of Rockin Raven Productions that you do not have any of the following agreements in effect (written or oral): · a contract for talent representation · a current music recording contract · a current agreement relating to the use of your name, voice and/or likeness · an exclusive acting contract or · any other contractual arrangement that would prohibit you from fully participating in the show

Your parent and/or legal guardian MUST accompany you to the registration if you are under 18

Your parent or legal guardian must bring a government-issued photo ID (Colorado driver’s license).  If you are accompanied by a legal guardian, as opposed to a parent, your legal guardian must bring proof of guardianship (a court order).  If your parent or legal guardian is not available to accompany you to the registration, your parent or legal guardian may appoint a guardian to accompany you to the registration process.  YOUR APPOINTED GUARDIAN MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST ACCOMPANY YOU TO THE VENUE FOR THE REGISTRATION.  In order to appoint a guardian, your parent or legal guardian must complete, sign and have NOTARIZED the Guardian and Medical Authorization for Minors

You MUST bring the signed and notarized form to the registration with you if you are chosen as one of the 10 finalists, along with your appointed guardian.

You must bring proof of permanent Colorado residency (1. Parents or guardians lease or mortgage and 2. School ID or recommendation from your principal on school letterhead)

If you are chosen as one of the top 10:

The set list will be available for the final songs to be performed will be available by September 24th You can request up to 4 songs off the list Rockin Raven Productions will then assign you two songs.
